between the application for patent of Stuart Ballantine
whose   address   is  %  Boonton    Research   Corporation
Boonton, N. J., and patent granted September 12, 1933,
No. 1,926,129, to Frederick K. Vreeland, 228 Orange Road
Montclair. N. J., and a notice of such declaration sent
by registered mail to said Vreeland at the said address
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
