Removal From Register
Pursuant to the provisions of Rule 347 of the Rules of
Practice of the United States Patent Office in Patent Cases,
letters were directed on May 20, 1968, to Mr. Maxwell J.
Perrotta at Apartment #1, Via di Santa Dorotea 3, Roma,
Italia, and %/ Salter & Michaelson, 146 Westminster Street,
Providence, Rhode Island, 02903, the last post office address
furnished by him to the Committee on Enrollment. No reply
was received within the period of thirty days therein set.
Accordingly, his name is being removed from the Register of
Attorneys.

NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACE ADMINISTRATION

The following U.S. patents have been assigned or issued to
the Administrator, National Aeronautics and Space Adminis-
tration, to be held on behalf of the United States of America.
In accordance with the provisions of the National Aeronautics
and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. 2457(g)] and the NASA
Patent Licensing Regulations [14 C.F.R. 1245.200 et seq.],
NASA is prepared to grant royalty-free licenses for these
patents.
The NASA Patent Licensing Regulations provide that a
nonexclusive, royalty-free, revocable license will be granted
to all applicants within a two year period after issuance of
the patent to NASA. The regulations also provide that each
invention which has not been commercially developed by the
end of the second year after the issuance of the patent there-
on will be made available for the grant of an exclusive license
to practice the invention.
Inquiries and all requests for licenses should be addressed
