Order No. 3,275, June 15, 1934, directs:
In class 132, Toilet (Division 53), change the title of
subclass 36.2, Hair devices, Crimpers or curlers, Winding
forms or mandrels, With surrounding heater, Composi-
tions, tubes, and wrappers, to read:

Winding forms or mandrels
With surrounding heater
36.2          Tubes and wrappers,
and change the subclass definition by striking out the first
eight words, Compositions for treating the hair before
heating, and, capitalizing the next word, pads, and
adding the following note :
Note.-Compositions to aid in treating the hair before
curling or waving to aid in that operation are in
class 167, MEDICINES, POISONS, AND COSMETICS,
subclass 87.1.
In class 132, Toilet (Division 53), add to the definition
of subclass 31, Hair devices, Crimpers or curlers, the fol-
lowing note:

In class 99, Preserving (Division 63), establish the fol-
lowing subclasses:

The patents contained in these subclasses have been
taken from class 167, Medicines, subclasses 8 and 12,
abolished In this order.
In class 167, Medicines (Division 55), abolish the follow-
ing subclasses:

12   Candle holders.
The patents formerly contained In these subclasses have
been placed In class 99, Preserving, subclasses 18 and 19,
established In this order.
In class 167, Medicines (Division 43), change the title of
the class to read:
167 Medicines, Poisons, and Cosmetics,
abolish the existing subclass titles, and establish in lieu
thereof the subclasses indicated in the new loose leaf now
being printed for insertion in the Manual of Classification,
and the definitions which will appear in Bulletin No. 66.
List of subclasses and the definitions may be seen in the
Classification Division and In the Search Room, pending
publication.
International Convention-Adhesion
Sweden
This Office has been notified by the Secretary of State
of the receipt of a notice from the Swiss Legation that the
Government of Sweden has adhered to the Convention of
the Union for the Protection of Industrial Property as re-
vised at The Hague, November 6, 1925, to take effect July
1, 1934.

U. S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals-
Vacation Period
It is ordered that the vacation period of this court, in
so far as It affects the postponement by stipulation of the
filing of appellants' and appellees' briefs in customs ap-
peals, as provided in paragraph 3 of Rule XIX, and In so
far as it affects the postponement of the printing of records
and the filing of appellants' and appellees' briefs in patent
appeals, as provided in paragraph 1 of Rule XXVI and in
paragraphs 3 and 4 of Rule XXVII, shall commence on the
12th day of June, A. D. 1934.
