Adverse Decisions in Interference
In interferences involving the indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first inventors with
respect to the claims listed:
Pat. 1,756,086, C. L. Davis, Signaling system, decided
February 12, 1934, claims 15, 16, and 17.
Pat. 1,809,135, G. J. Meyer, Milk treating apparatus,
decided December 26, 1934, claims 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 13, 14, 15,
16, and 17.
Pat. 1,867,862, G. L. Moore, Piston-sand core, decided
February 13, 1934, claim 12.
Pat. 1,889,458, S. N. Wight, Railway traffic controlling
system, decided February 15, 1934.
Notice of Cancellation
U. S. PATENT OFFICE, Washington, Feb. 17, 19.14.
Odo-Inc. Manufacturing Co., its assigns or legal represen-
tatives take notice:
A cancellation proceeding has been instituted by this
Office upon the application of Edward C. Miller, 724 Four-

teenth Street, Denver, Colo., to effect the cancellation
of trade-mark registration No. 208,098, issued January 19,
1926, to Ervin B. Harper, 3902 Ross Avenue, Dallas,
Tex., which registration, the assignment records of the
Office show. has been transferred to the Odo-Inc. Manu-
facturing Co., 1113 Santa Fe Building, Dallas, Tex.
The notice of such proceeding sent by registered mail to
the said Odo-Inc. Manufacturing Co., at the said address,
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless the Odo-Inc. Manufac-
turing Co., its assigns or legal representatives, shall
enter an appearance therein within 30 days from the
first publication of this order the cancellation will be
proceeded with as in case of default. This notice will be
published in the OFFcIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive
weeks.

Changes in Classification
Order No. 3,264, February 15, 1934, directs:
In class 85, Driven, Headed, and Screo-Threaded Fasten-
ings, (Division 57), establish the following subclass and
d!efinition :
Bolts
Threadless
Key lock
8.5         Keys and cotters.
8.5. BOLTS. THREADLESS, KEY LOCK, KEYS AND
COTTERS. The key, cotter or pin per se.
Search Class-
151-NUT AND BOLT LOCKS, subclasses 4-G.
The patents contained in this subclass have been taken
for the most part from class 74, Machine Elements, sub-
class 8, abolished in this order.
In class 192, Clutches and Power-Stop Control, (Division
47), establish the following subclasses and definitions:
3.5   Transmission and clutch control
3.6      Planetary.
3.5. TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH CONTROL. Mecha-
nism for the joint control of a transmission mecha-
nish and clutch.
3.6. TRANSMISSION AND CLUTCH CONTROL, PLANE-
TARY. Mechanism under subclass 3.5 in which the
transmission is planetary.
The patents contained in these subelasses have been
taken for the most part from class 74, Machine Elements,
subclasses 39 and 81, abolished in this order.
In class 74, Machine Elements, (Division 12), change the
title of the class to read 74, Machine Elements and Mecha-
nisms, abolish the existing subclasses, and establish in
lieu thereof the subclasses now being printed for insertion
in the Manual of Classification, and the definitions which
will be published in Bulletin No. 66.
Lists of subclass titles, and the definitions, may be seen
in the Classification Division, Room 3016, and In the Search
Room, pending publication.
