Calif., to effect the cancellation of the trade-mark regIs-
tration of the United States Chemical Co., of 427 Thrd

and the notice o such proceeding sent by registered mal

address having been returned by the post office as unde-
liverable notice Is hereby given that unless said United

shall enter an appearance therein within 30 days from the
first publication of this order the cancellation will he

der Namer Akten-Gesellshaft, gemscheid, Germany, to

effect the cancellation of the trade-mark registration of
Lessmann Bros., 362 East 156th Street, New York, N. Y.,
No. 154,996, dated May 16, 1922, and the notice of such
proceeding sent by registered mail to the said Lessmann
Bros., at the said address having been returned by the
