United Reproducers Corporation, its assigns or legal rep-
resentatives, take notice:
An Interference has been declared by this Office between
the applicatIon for patent of Clinton R. Hanna, 2001
Frankella Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pa., and patent, No.
1,812,213, granted June 30, 1931, to John P. Minton, 11
Robinhood Road, White Plains, N. Y. The assignment
records of this Office ehow that United Reproducers Cor-
poration, Rochester, N. Y,, Is now the assignee of said
Minton. The notice of declaration sent to said United
Reproducers Corporation has been returned by the post-
office authorities as undeliverable, and counsel for Minton
states that this corporation is no longer in existence.
Notice Is therefore given that unless said United Repro-
ducers Corporation, its assigns or legal representatives,
shall enter an appearance therein within 30 days from
the first publication of this order the interference will
be proceeded with as in case of default. This notice will
be published In the OrIIAL GAZETTI for three consecu-
tive weeks.

or legal representatives, take notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been Instituted by
this Office upon the application of the St. Louis Rubber
Cement Co,, 8951 Laclede Avenue, St. Louis, Mo., to
effect the cancellation of the trade-mark regIstration of
the Chemical Research Company of Lynn, MaSs., 155
North Clark Street, Chicago, Ill., No. 192,787, dated
December 9, 1924, and the notice of such proceeding sent
by registered mail to the said Chemical Research Com-
pany of Lynn, Mass., at the said address having been
returned by the post office as undeliverable, notice is here-
by given that unless said Chemical Research Company
of Lynn, Mass., Its assigns or legal representatives, sball
enter an appearance therein within 30 days from the
first publication of this order the cancellatlon will be
proceeded with as in case of default. This notice will be
published In the OFFICIAL GAZETTI for three consecutive
