deceased, take notice:
Interferences have been declared by this Office between
an upplication for patent filed by Graves Griffth, 235
Moncada Way, Ingleside Terrace, San Francisco, Calif.,
and applications for patent filed by Henry A. Wayringer,
10 Frank Street, Schenectady. N. Y., Arthur Stephen
Ford, 412 West 110th St., New York, N. Y., and Clifton
G. Found, 148 Plymouth Avenue, Schenectady, N. Y. The
death of the party Griffith has been noted in the record
and the notice of Interference sent to his legal repre-
sentatives has been returned by the post office as unde-
liverable. Notice is hereby given that unless the assigns
or legal representatives of said Griffith, deceased, shall
enter an appearance therein within 30 days from the
first publication of this order the interfereaces will be
proceeded with as in case of default. This notice will
be published in the OrFoAr, GAzErTa for three consecu-
tive weeks.
