between the application for patent of Max Barlas, Peta-
luma, Sonoma County, Calif and patent granted June
23, 1931, No. 1,811,375, to itewart Wysong, 7811 Ney
Avenue, Oakland Calif., and a notice of such declaration
sent by registerea mail to said Wysong at the said address
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Wysong, his as-
signs or legal representatives, shall enter an appearance
therein within 30 days from the first publication of this
order the interference will be proceeded with as In case of

the notice of such proceeding sent by registered mail to

Pa., to effect the cancellation of the trade-mark registra-
tion of the Economy Meter Corporation, of 5214 Santa Fe
Avenue, Los Angeles, Calif., No. 234,738, dated November 1,
1927, and the notice of such proceeding sent by registered
mail to the said Economy Meter Corporation at the said
address having been returned by the post office as unde-
liverable, notice is hereby given that unless said Economy
Meter Corporation, its assigns or legal representatives,

Adverse Decisions in Interference
In Interferences Involving the Indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first Inventors with
respect to the claims listed :
Pat. 1,658,392, G. E. Prentice and R. C. Legat, Separa-
ble fasteners, decided January 18, 1932, claims 3, 8, and 9.
Pat. 1,741,845, G. T. Johnson and H. W. Stertzbach,
Car truck side frame, decided March 8, 1932, claims 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, and 10.
Pat. 1,752,781, A. W. Bull, Defecation of sugar juice,
decided March 12, 1932, claims 1, 2, and 6.
Reissue Pat. 17,505, W. A. Finnegan, Holders for
Christmas trees, etc., decided February 15, 1932, claim 1.
