Leibowitz & Porter, Ino., its assigns or legal representa-
tives, take notice:
An interference having been declared by this Office
between the application of Joseph Danerhirsch, 1150
Broadway, New York, N. Y., for registration of a trade-
mark and trade-mark registered September 22, 1925, No.
203,573 to Leibowitz & Porter, Inc., 350 Broadway, New
York,   . Y., and a notice of such declaration sent by reg-
istered mail to said Leibowitz & Porter, Inc  at the said
address having been returned by the post ofice as unde-
liverable, notice Is hereby given that unless said Leibowitz
& Porter, Inc.. its assigns or legal representatives, shall
enter an appearance therein within 30 days from       the
first publication of this order the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default. This notice will be
published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive
weeks.

Changes in Classification
Order No. 3,213, February 13, 1932, directs:
In class 29, Metal Working (Division 14), abolish the
following subclass, with its definition:
Blanks and processes
174       Spoked wheels.
The patents formerly contained in this subclass have
been placed for the most part in class 29, subclasses
159.01, 159.02, and 159.03, established In this order.

In class 29, Metal Working (Division 14), change the
titles of subclass 159 and Indented subclasses to read:
Blanks and processes
159       Pulleys, wheels, and gears
159.1       Tires and rime,
159.2       Gears,
159.3       Hubs;
abolish the existing definition of subclass 159 and estab-
lish the following definition :
Blanks and processes for forming pulleys, wheels, and
gears not specifically provided for in the indented
subclasses.
Note.-This subclass does not Include railway car
wheels, for which see this class, subclass 168.
In class 29, Metal Working (Division 14), establish the

securing the ends of the spokes to the hub or rim to
tension the spokes for truing the wheel.
Note.-This subclass does not include processes for
casting wheels on hubs or in rims, for which see
class 22, METAL FOUNDING, and class 295, RAILWAY
WHEELS AND AXLES, subclasses 25-28.
159.03. BLANKS    AND    PROCESSES,     PULLEY S,
WHEELS, AND GEARS, LAND WHEELS,
SPOKE, COMPRESSION. Blanks and processes
for forming land vehicle wheels of the spoked type
in which the spokes are under compression.
Note.-See the note under this class, subclass 159.02.
The patents contained In these subclasses have been
taken for the most part from class 29, subclass 174, abol-
ished in this order.
In class 66, Testiles, Knitting (Division 21), establish
the following subclass and definition:
1.5 Reknitting.
1.5. REKNITTING. Methods, machines, and instruments
for repairing holes or runs in knitted fabrics to
restore the original interlooped condition of the
threads whose distortion from loop form has caused
the run.
Note.-Needles used in reknitting are found in this
class, subclass 116, and the subclasses indented
thereunder.
