PETROLEUM OILS. Patent dated March 19, 1929. Dis-
claimer filed August 10, 1931, by the assignee, Stand-
ard Oil Company of California.
Hereby does disclaim from the scope of claims 1, 2,
3, 4, and 5 of said Letters Patent any and all processes of
treating petroleum oils, except processes of treating petro-
leum oils in which' the major part of the unsaturated con-
stituents of the petroleum oils is retained In the treated oil.

STRUCTION. Patent dated July 8, 1930. Disclaimer
filed August 12, 1931, by the assignee, Diebold Safe and
Lock Company.
Hereby enters this disclaimer and disclaims as follows
Disclaims from claims 1 and 2 all vault constructions
which dq not utilize or include a hollow metal jam filled

with fireproofing material and set In an enlarged opening,
or rabbeted seat, in the wall at the outer end of the door
opening which extends through the wall.

which the jamb does not extend wholly about the door

signee, Mulliss Manufacturing Corporation.
Hereby enters this disclaimer to claim No. 5 in the said
patent, the said claim being here quoted as follows, to wit:
A sheet metal evaporator comprising an outer one-piece
shell having an arcuate portion and laterally extending
side walls bent to form a sharp freezing chamber or
chambers, an inner one-piece shell having an oppositely
formed arcuate portion, and laterally extending walls co-
operating with the side walls of the outer shell, said two
arcuate portions registering complementally to form a
substantially cylindrical header, one of said laterally ex-
tending walls being embossed to provide passageways
leading from said header.

following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first Inventors with
respect to the claims listed :
Pat. 1,779,747, A. McLean Nicolson, Method and apparq-
tus for television and the like, decided August 3, 1931,
claims 1, 3, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and 18.
Pat. 1,650,475, Gustav Trefz and Friedrich Trefs, Free
jet turbine, decided August 1, 1931, claims 1 and 2.
