An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of Wilbur B. Tucker, 324 South
Holmes street, Lansing, Mich., for registration of a trade-
mark and trade-mark registered May 21, 1929, No. 256,583,
to Road-O-Graph Co., Chamber of Commerce Bldg., Broad-
way at Twelfth street, Los Angeles Calif., and a notice
of such declaration sent by registered mail to said Road-0-
Graph Co. at the said address having been returned by the
post office undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless
said Road-O-Graph Co., its assigns or legal representatives,
shall enter an appearance therein within 30 days from
the first publication of this order the interference will
be proceeded with as in case of default. This notice will
be published in the OrFIcIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive
weeks.

February 25, 1913, and the notice of such proceeding sent

Office upon the application of the Williams Oil-O-Matic
Heating Corporation, 207 East Washington Street, Bloom-
ington, Ill., to effect the cancellation of the trade-mark
registration of Clarence B. Strouse, of Chicago, Ill., No.
126.582, dated September 16. 1919, which registration, the
assignment records of the Office show, has been transferred
to the Electromatic System Company, Portland, Me. The
notice of such proceeding sent by registered mail to the
