vice; and class 264, Speed-Responsive Devices, subclass
16, Centrifugal, Parallel pivot, and are directed to shaft-
coupling devices in which the position of a driven shaft
is controlled from a driving shaft in response to the speed
of the latter. They are largely directed to spark advanc-
ing, and class 123, Internal-Combustion Engines, subclass
117, Speed regulators, Automatically-conltrolled igniting
device, should be noted for combinations in which similar
couplings are used.
Interference Notice
U. S. PATENT OFFICE, Washington, Mar. 19, 1930.
Washoff Products Company, its assigns or legal repre-
sentatives, take notice:
An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween  the application of George A. Hornbecker, 99
Wheeler St., Waterville, Conn., for registration of a
trade-mark and trade-mark registered October 28, 1924,
No. 190,851, to Washoff Products Company, Lima, Ohio,
and a notice of such declaration sent by registered mail
to said Washoff Products Company, at the said address
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Washoff Products
Company, its assigns or legal representatives, shall enter
an appearance therein within 30 days from the first pub-
lication of this order the interference will be proceeded
with as in case of default. This notice will be published
in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
