COURT OF CUSTOMS AND PATENT APPEALS
AMENDED RULE
PRINTING RECORDS AND BRIEFS
It Is-
Ordered that the rules of this court, as to the printing
of transcripts of the record and briefs in cases of appeals
from the Patent Office, be amended to read as follows:
The printing of said transcripts shall be under the
supervision of the clerk of this court, and he shall prop-
orly Index the matter contained In such transcripts and
shall distribute copies as directed by the rules of the court.
The size of said printed transcripts shall be 75% by 1014
inches and the type matter shall be 4%/ by 71/ inches.
They shall be printed In 11-point type and adequately
leaded; and the paper must be opaque and unglazed.
Briefs shall in all cases conform to the size of the
transcript, and the type matter shall conform as nearly
as possible to that provided for the transcript, but in no
event shall the type be smaller than 11-point type.
This rule shall become effective on March 1, 1930.

NoTz.-The Patent Office is Informed that the third
paragraph of the rule is to be interpreted as requiring
that in every case where the transcript was printed in
the smaller size heretofore required the briefs shall be
of the same size as that transcript.

An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of Rialto Orange Co., Rialto, Calif.,
for registration of trade-mark and trade-mark registered
May 4, 1915, No. 104,132, to Spokane Fruit Growers Co.,
407 Hyde Building, Spokane, Wash., and a notice of such
declaration sent by registered mail to said Spokane Fruit
Growers Co., at the said address having been returned by
the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby given that
unless said Spokane Fruit Growers Co., its assigns or legal
representatives, shall enter an appearance therein within 30
days from the first publication of this order the interference
will be proceeded with as in case of default. This notice
will be published in the OrFcIAL GAZETTE for three con-
secutive weeks.

Aaron Kosofseky, his assigns or legal representatives, take
notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been instituted by this
Office upon the application of The Governor and Company
of Adventurers of England Trading into Hudson's Bay (com-
monly known and doing business under the name of Hud-
son's Bay Company), London, England, and Winnipeg,
Canada, to effect the cancellation of the trade-mark reg-
istration of Aaron Kosofsky, doing business under the
firm name of Hudson Bay Seal Company, at 808 Sixth
Avenue, New York, N. Y., No. 156.533, dated June 27
1922, and the notice of such proceeding sent by registered
mail to the said Kosofsky at the said address having been
returned by the post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby
given that unless said Kosofsky, his assigns or legal repre-
sentatives, shall enter an appearance therein within 30
days from the first publication of this order the cancella-
tion will be proceeded with as in case of default. This
notice will be published In the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three
consecutive weeks.
