Triangle Products Company, Inc., its assigns or legal
representatives, take notice:
A cancellation proceeding has been Instituted by this
Office upon the application of The Dog and Cat Drug
Stores Inc, 312 North Eutaw Street, Baltimore, Md.,
to effect the cancellation of the trade-mark registration
of Walter Edson Andrews, 25 Beaver St., New York,
N. Y., No. 111,064, dated June 20, 1916. The records
of the Office show that the Triangle Products Company,
Inc., is the assignee of said Andrews. The notice of
such proceeding sent by registered mail to said Triangle
Products Company, Inc., at Its address of record, 25 Beaver
Street, New York, N. Y., having been returned by the
post office as undeliverable, notice Is hereby given that
unless said Triangle Products Company, Inc., its as-
signs or legal representatives, shall enter an appearance
therein within 30 days from the first publication of
this order the cancellation will be proceeded with as in
case of default. This notice will be published In the
OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.
