Ford Oil Corporation, its assigns or legal representatircs,
take notice:
On June 10, 1927, upon the petition of the Ford Motor
Company, of Highland Park, Mich., an opposition pro-
ceeding against the registration of a trade-mark to Jasper
N. Thompson, of 5 North Wabash Avenue, Chicago, Ill.,
was instituted by this Office. The record shows that the
Ford Oil Corporation, of Chicago, Ill., was substituted for
Jasper N. Thompson, and a notice of such opposition sent
to tile Ford Oil Corporation at the said address having
been returned by the post-office authorities as undeliver-
able notice is hereby given that unless said Ford Oil Cor-
poration, its heirs, assigns, or legal representatives, shall
enter an appearance therein within 30 days from the first
publication of this order the opposition will be proceedd
with as in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAzETTEr
for three consecutive weeks.

1927, No. 1,615,790, to Oswald Vernon Forbes and Welles-
ley Malcolm Colborne Baber, 13 Golden Square, London.

tered mail to the joint patentee, Baber, at the said ad-
dress having been returned by the post office as undeliverable
notice is hereby given that unless said Baber, his assigns

105,697. to Original Sample Cloak & Suit Company, of
Lyric Theatre Building, Cincinnati, Ohio. and a notice
of such declaration sent by registered mail to said Origi-
nal Sample Cloak & Suit Company at the said address
having been returned by the post office as undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Original Sample
Cloak & Suit Company, its assigns or legal representa-

Adverse Decisions in Interference.
In interferences involving the indicated claims of the
following patents final decisions have been rendered that
the respective patentees were not the first Inventors with
respect to the claims listed:
Pat. 1,452,214, F. 11. Nicholson, Railway-traffic-con-
trolling apparatus, decided June 29, 1927, claim 17.
Pat. 1,592,900, C. A. Noble, Armored transport, de-
cided July 10, 1927, claims 2 and 4.
