registration number is 3,404, has this day been disbarred
from practice before the United States Patent Office.

Henry F. Baer, his assigns or legal representatives, take
notice:
An interference having been declared by this Office
between the application for patent filed by Harry Aaron,
415 North Washington Avenue, hcranton, Pa., and Patent
No. 1,494,573, issued May 20, 1924, to Henry F. Bauer,
Wheaton, Minn., and a notice of such declaration sent by
registered mail to said Henry F. Bauer at the said address
having been returned by the post office undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Henry F. Bauer,
his assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an appear-
ance therein within 30 days from the first publication
of this order the interference will be proceeded with as
in case of default. This notice will be published in the
OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three consecutive weeks.

ADVERSE DECISIONS IN INTERFERENCE.
In interferences involving the indicated claims of
the following patents final decisions have been ren-
dered that the respective patentees were not the
first inventors with respect to the claims listed:
Design Pat. 66,249, IL W. Stoll, Newark, N. J.,
Watch casing, decided May 25, 1927, a single claim.
Pat. 1,520,668, J. T. Wilkin, Fluid-governor meter,
decided June 17, 1927, claims 1 and 2.
Pat. 1,541,609, C. W. Adams, Contact brush for
electric motors and generators, decided May 26,
1927, claims 1, 2, and 3.
Pat. 1,550,666, Bates, Mercer, and Gillings, Zone
metering system, decided May 16, 1927, claims 18
and 20 to 26, inclusive.
Pat. 1,584,344, A. Aldrich, Paper-making machine,
decided May 28, 1927, claims 1 and 2.
Rule 72.
RULE 72. After the completion of the application the
Office will not return the specification for any purpose
whatever. If applicants have not preserved copies of the
papers which they wish to amend, the Office will furnish
them on the usual terms.
The drawing may be withdrawn only for such correc-
tions as cannot be made by the Office; but a drawing
cannot be withdrawn unless a photographic copy has been
filed and accepted by the Examiner as a part of the appli-
cation. Permissible changes In the construction shown
In any drawing may be made only by the Office and after
an approved photographic copy has been filed. Sketches
filed to show proposed changes in construction must be In
permanent ink. (See Rule 30.) Substitute drawings will
not be admitted in any case unless required by the Office.
Printed Copies of Trade-Marks.
A printed copy of the drawing and statement of any
I registered trade-mark can be obtained for ten cents.
