tween the application of the Sierra Madre-Lamanda
Citrus Association, Lamanda, Calif., for registration of a
trade-mark and trade-mark registered December 19, 1916,
No. 114,490, to Samuel Joseph Kelly, 205 Fifteenth Street,
Miami, Fla., and a notice of such declaration sent by
registered mail to said Kelly at the said address having
been returned by the post office as undeliverable, notice is
hereby given that unless said Kelly, his assigns or legal
representatives, shall enter an appearance therein within
30 days from the first publication of this order the inter-
ference will be proceeded with as in case of default. This

ADVERSE DECISIONS IN INTERFERENCE.
In interferences involving the indicated claims
of the following patents final decisions have been
rendered that the respective patentees were not
the first inventors with respect to the claims listed:
Pat. 1,459,186, L. Polnkowsky, Telephone-ex-
change system, decided November 15, 1926, claims
1, 3, and 4.
Pat. 1,565,390, A. Pepper, Process for weighting
silks, decided November 23, 1926, claims 1 to 7,
inclusive.
Pat. 1,581,145, A. J. Vasselli, Automatic radio
station finder, decided November 27, 1926, claim 2.
Final decision has been rendered against the fol-
lowing trade-mark:
T. M. 208,482, Cheese of all varieties, Golden
