Vall Cigar Company, Inc., of 1059-63 Third Avenue, New
York, N. Y., to effect the removal from the United States
register of registration No. 162 181 under section 1 (a)
of the act of March 19, 1926, granted to Juan Diaz
Inguanzo, of Industria     No. 148, Habana, Cuba.         All
notices to this registrant having been returned by the
post office as undeliverable, notice is hereby given that
unless said Juan Diaz Inguanzo, his assigns or legal
representatives, shall enter an appearance therein within
30 days from the first publication of this order the
cancellation will be proceeded with as in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFF'ICIAL GAZETTE
for three consecutive weeks.
