between the application for patent of John M. Hufft, of
box 711, Tucson, Ariz., and patent granted October 23,
1923, No. 1,471,452, to Harry S. Daubert, of 710 Pierce
Street Amarillo, Tex., and a notice of such declaration
sent 6y registered mail to said Daubert at the said
address having been returned by the post office as un-
deliverable, notice is hereby  given that unless said
Daubert, his assigns or legal representatives, shall enter
an appearance therein within 30 days from the first
publication of this order the interference will be pro-
ceeded with as in case of default. This notice wil be

rendered that the respective patentees were not

the whole patent, comprising specification and drawing,
will be furnished, unless the order specifically states that
the  specification only  or  drawing only' Is required.
