Changes in Class'fication.
Order No. 2,933, of October 14, 1925, provides for the
transfer of the following subclass in class 250, Radiant
Energy, from Division 51 to Division 16.

ADVERSE DECISIONS IN INTERFERENCE.
In interferences involving the indicated claims
of the following patents final decisions have been
rendered that the respective patentees were not
the first inventors with respect to the claims listed :
Pat. 1,502,028, F. R. Fuguay, Dispensing appa-
ratus, decided September 22, 1925, claims 1, 2,
and 3.
Pat. 1,515,196, P. H. Gaskins, Lubricating de-
vice, decided September 14, 1925, claims 1 to 7,
inclusive.
Final decisions in interferences have been ren-
dered against the following registered trade-marks:

NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS.
A circular letter reading as follows has been placed in the mail addressed to
each attorney on the roster:
 Your name appears on the roster of those registered to practice before the
United States Patent Office. We are preparing to revise the roster to eliminate
the names of those who are dead or who have retired from practice before this
Office.
 You are reminded that the rules provide that attorneys registered in this
Office should keep the Office advised of any change of address. To this end
will you please fill out the form below and return this letter immediately.
 Your failure to fill out and return this letter will be considered your authori-
zation to remove your name from the roster.
Attorneys who have not received this circular and who wish their names to
be retained on the roster should immediately write the Commissioner of Patents
to that effect and give him their full names and business addresses, together
with their registration numbers and the names of any firms of which they are
members or with which they are associated.
