An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of Frank C. Weber & Company, of
West 63d Street and Lowe Avenue, Chicago, Ill., for regis-
tration of a trade-mark and trade-mark registered August
4, 1908, No. 70,163, to Importers Coffee Co., Ltd,
Tchoupitalls Street, New Orleans, La., and a notice
such declaration sent by registered mail to said Importers
Coffee Co., Ltd., at the said address having been returned
by the post office as undeliverable, notice Is hereby given that
unless said Importers Coffee Co., Ltd., its assigns or legal
representatives, shall enter an appearance therein within
30 days from the first publication of this order the inter-
ference will be proceeded with as in case of default. This
notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE for three
consecutive weeks.

unable to obtain proper service upon said C. T. Keally Co.,
notice Is hereby given that unless said C. T. Keally Co.,
their assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an ap-

Disclaimer.
1,476,729.-Montague H. Roberts, Englewood, N. J. AP-
PARATUS FOR OPERATING BOOSTER SUPPLEMENTED Lo-
COMOTIVES. Patent dated December 11, 1923. Dis-
claimer filed September 19, 1925, by the patentee, the
assignee Franklin Railway Supply Company, con-
senting.
Hereby enters this disclaimer to that part of the claim
in said specification which Is in the following words, to
wit, claim 1:
1. A controlling device for booster motors for locomo-
tives comprising a moving part in the controlling mecha-
nism for the main locomotive, a valve juxtaposed to the
path of movement of said moving part, and a member
adapted to maintain the valve in open position in certain
predetermined positions of the moving part Including a
position In which steam in the main cylinders of the lo-
comotive has begun to work expansively.
