ADVERSE DECISIONS IN INTERFERENCE.
In interferences involving the indicated claims
of the following patents final decisions have been
rendered that the respective patentees were not the
first inventors with respect to the claims listed.
Pat. 1,415,600, 3Mannion and Arthur, Adjustable
plug for cleaning condenser tubes, decided April 6,
1925, claims 1 to 7, inclusive.
Pat 1,4S3,132, Toelcke, Mikkola, and Shapiro,
