notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been Instituted by
this Office upon the application of Frank J. Conjurske, 12
Cedar Street, Sturgeon Ray, Wis., to effect the cancella-
tion of the trade-mark registration of F. IDe Martino, of
1027 Bridge Street. Altoona, la., No. 106,649, dated Oc-
tober 26, 1915, and the notice of such proceeding Sent by
registered mail to the said F. lIe Martino at the said ad-
dress having been returned by the post-office authorities
as undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless said
F. De Martino, his assigns or lezal representatives, shall
enter an appearance therein within .30 days from the first
publication of this order the cancellation will be proceeded
with as in case of default. This notice will be published In
the O-FICIAL (AZTTr. for three consecutive weeks.

Hereby enters its disclaimer to such parts of the thing
patented as it does not choose to claim or to hold by
virtue of the above-mentioned patent or assignments as
follows:
To the process specified in claim 1, except as applied to
the concentration of ammonium nitrate liquors to crystal-

age.  lizing temperatures at which an appreciable amount of
1   water is still contained In the liquor when cooling is
I   begun.

1     To the process specified In claim 2, except when the step
I   of crystallization Is so carried out as to cool the am-
2   monium nitrate liquor relatively slowly and to a degree of
2
concentration at which an appreciable amount of water is
3   still contained in the liquor when cooling is begun.
3     To the process specified in claim 4, except when the
6   ammonium-nitrate liquor Is cooled relatively slowly.

ADVERSE DECISIONS IN INTERFERENCE.
In interferences involving the indicated claims of
the following patents final decisions have been ren-
dered that the respective patentees wore not the
first inventors with respect to the claims listed:

train-control system, decided March 25, 1925, claim
78.
Pat. 1,405,204. J. B. Graham, Machine for making
hollow glassware, decided April 4, 1925, claims 4
and 5.
Rule 72.
RULE 72. After the completion of the application the
Office will not return the specification for any purpose
whatever. If applicants have not preserved copies of the
papers which they wish to amend, the Office will furnish
them on the usual terms.
The drawing may be withdrawn only for such correc-
tions as cannot be made by the Office; but a drawing.
cannot be withdrawn unless a photographic copy has been
filed and accepted by the Examiner as a part of the appli-
cation. Permissible changes In the construction shown
In any drawing may be made only by the Office and after
an approved photographic copy has been filed. Sketches
filed to show proposed changes in construction must be in
permanent ink. (See Rule 30.) Substitute drawings will
not be admitted In any case unless required by the Office.
