Lottic Lillingston, her assigns or legal representatives,
take notice:
A cancellation proceeding has been instituted by this
Office upon the application of C. Benedict Mfg. Co., of
550 Mission Street, San Francisco, Calif., to effect the
cancellation of the trade-mark registration of Henry W.
Lyon, of Bridgeport. Conn., No. 25.960, dated February 5,
1895. The records of this Office show that Lottie Lilling-
ston is the assignee of said Lyon. The notice of such
proceeding sent by the applicant by registered mail to
joint respondent Lottie Lillingston at her address of
record, Bridgeport, Conn., having been returned by the
post office undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless
said Lottle Lillingston. her assigns or legal representa-
tives, shall enter an appearance therein within thirty
days from the first publication of this order the cancella-
tion will be proceeded with as to her interest, if any, as
in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE
for three consecutive weeks.

Benoist Bros. Mfg. Co., of 3923 Olive Street, St. Louis,

Mo.. and a notice of such declaration sent by registered
mail to said Benoist Bros. Mfg. Co.. at the said address
having been returned by the post-office undeliverable,
notice is hereby given that unless said Benoist Bros. Mfg.
Co.. its assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an

Amendments.
RULE 73. In every amendment the exact word or words
to be stricken out or Inserted in the application must be
specified and the precise point indicated where the erasure
or insertion Is to be made. All such amendments must be
on sheets of paper separate from the papers previously
flied, and written on but one side of the paper. Erasures,
additions, insertions, or mutilations of the papers and
records must not be made by the applicant.
Amendments and papers requiring the signature of the
applicant must. also, in case of assignment of an undivided
part of the Invention, be signed by the assignee. (lules
6. 107.)
