Costa Rica and Honduras Give Notice of With-
drawal from the Convention..
DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washington, D. C., July 24, 1922.
This Office has been officially informed that Costa Rica
on September 30, 1921, and Honduras on February 17,
1922, denounced the Convention relating to Trade-Marks,
signed at Buenos Aires August 29, 1910, in accordance
with the provisions of Article XIX of said Convention
(280 0. G., 195, 197).

Nolan Act-Reciprocity of the Norwegian Laws
Recognized.

DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washington, D. C., July 17, 1922.
Notice is hereby given that the laws of Norway are rec-
ognized as affording to citizens of the United States privi-
leges substantially reciprocal to the privileges accorded by
the Nolan act of March 3, 1921 (41 Stat. L., 1313), and

that consequently the privileges specified in said act will
be extended to citizens of Norway, subject to the limita-
tion that extensions will not be granted to relieve defaults
falling under section 2 of the act for a longer period than
seven years and two months.

Adverse Decisions in Interference.
PATENT No. 1,326,788.
On June 24, 1922. a decision was rendered that Eugene
Schneider was not the first inventor of the subject matter
covered by claims 1, 2, and 3 of his Patent No. 1,326,788.
subject,  Gun carriage for transport of railway trucks for
firing from the railway, and no appeal having been taken
within the time allowed such decision has become final.
PATENT No. 1,358,463.
On May 3, 1922, a decision was rendered that James H.
Rand, Jr., was not the first inventor of the subject matter
covered by claim 1 of his Patent No. 1,358,463, subject,
t File, index, or the like, and no appeal having been
t:ken within the time allowed such decision has become
final.
Disclaimer.
828,242.-Robert F. Phillips, Carrick, Pa. SELF-OILING
CAR WHEEL. Patent dated August 7, 1906. Dis-
claimer filed July 18, 1922, by the assignee, The Phil-
lips Mine   Mill Supply Company.
Hereby disclaims from claim 2 any self-oiling car wheel
in which the valve spring is inserted through a hole in the
inner side wall of the hollow hub opposite the oil inlet;
Thereby limiting claim 2 to a self-oiling car wheel in
which the valve spring is inserted otherwise than through
a hole in the inner side wail of the hollow hub opposite the
oil inlet.
