Trade-Marks-Changes          in   Fees   for   Recording
Assignments.
In accordance with the act of February 18, 1922, as
provided by section 14 of the act of February 20, 1905, in
addition to the present fees for recording assignments or
other papers there shall be paid for each additional trade-
mark or application included or involved in one writing,
where more than one is so included or involved, 25 cents
additional. This will apply to all papers filed for record
in the Patent Office on and after April 10, 1922.

Nolan Act-Reciprocty of the Laws of Luxem-
burg Recognized.

Washington, D. C., March 28, 1922.
Notice is hereby given that Order No. 2,694, of Sep-
tember 10, 1021, recognizing the laws of the Grand-Duchy
of Luxemburg as conferring benefits reciprocal to the
privileges accorded by the Nolan Act of March 3, 1921,
is modified by removal of that portion of the order
which limits extensions under section 2 of the act to a
period not longer than seven years and two months.
Nationals of Luxemburg who took appropriate action
within the periods named in the Nolan Act are entitled
to all the privileges of the said act.

Washington, D. U., March 22, 1922.
Interlocking Stone Co., its assigns or legal representa-
tives, take notice:
A cancellation proceeding having been instituted by
this Office upon the application of The Denison Inter-
locking Tile Corporation, of Cleveland, Ohio, to effect the
cancellation of trade-mark registration No. 62,839, issued
May 28, 1907, to the Interlocking Stone Co., of 563
Ninth Street, Oakland, Calif., and a notice of such pro-
ceeding sent by registered mail to said Interlocking Stone
Co. at the said address having been returned by the post
office undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless
said Interlocking Stone Co., its assigns or legal repre-
sentatives. shall enter an appearance therein within
thirty days from the first publication of this order the
cancellation will be proceeded with as in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFICIAL GAZETTE
for three consecutive weeks.

NOTICE.-CHANGES IN PATENT OFFICE FEES-EFFECTIVE APRIL 19, 1922.
The act of Congress approved February 18, 1922, amends section 4934,
Revised Statutes, so as to provide a fee on filing each original application
for a patent, except in design cases, of $20 instead of the present fee of $15.
The act also provides, in addition to the present fees for recording assign-
ments or other papers, that there shall be paid for each additional patent or
application included or involved in one writing, where more than one is so
included or involved, 25 cents additional.
These new fees are effective on and after April 19, 1922.
Applications for patent, except in design cases, received on or after April
19, 1922, with only $15 filing fee will not be entered, but will be given a filing
date and serial number as of the day the full fee of $20 is received by the
Office.
