between the application of 8.       Stebbins  Manufacturing
Company, Birnie Avenue, Springfield, Mass., for registra-
tion of a trade-mark and trade-mar i registered July 12,
1910, No. 78,839, to George 3. Tho Ns, 19 High Street,
Buston , Mlas, and a notice of such declaration sent by
registered mail to said Thomas at the said address having
been returned by the post-office undeliverable, notice is
hereby given that unless said Thomas, his assigns or
legal representatives, shall enter an appearance therein
within thirty days from the first publication of this order

Adverse Decisions in Interference.
PATENT No. 1,379,592.
On November 21, 1921, a decision was rendered that
John A. Miller was not the first inventor of the subject-
matter covered by claim 6 of his Patent No. 1,379,592,
subject, Control-circuits for operating block-signaling
devices and the like upon railways, and no appeal having
been filed within the time allowed such decision has be-
come final.
