to British Applications.

Notice is hereby given that statements in-
tended to comply with Commissioner's Order
No. 2,675, (287 0. G., 597,) relative to British
applications, when made by associate attorneys
in the United States, should set forth that it is
based upon information furnished by the appli-
cant or his agent in the foreign country or set
forth facts within his personal knowledge.

Notice-Pan-American Industrial Property Con-
vention of 1910.

The following communication from the Interna-
tional Trade-Mark Registration Bureau at Habana
is herewith published for the information of those
concerned.

SIR: At the request of the Director of the Interna-
tional Trade-Mark Registration Bureau at Habana, the
Honorable Mario Diaz Yrfzar, I have the honor officially
to inform you that the convention concluded at Buenos
Aires August 20, 1910, for the protection of trade-marks
has now been ratified by fifteen countries, according to
the records of the foreign office of the Argentine Republic,
which, by virtue of articles 18 and 19, is the depositary
of all records concerning the convention. A list of the
fifteen countries that have ratified the convention is at-
tached; it contains also the six republics which signed
the convention but have not, up to this time, ratified it,
so far as the Argentine Government or the Director of
the Habana Bureau is aware.

List of countries which have ratified the Pan-
American Trade-Mark Convention: Bolivia, (ad-
hered,) Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Repub-
lic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Nica-
ragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, United
States.
The following countries have not ratified: Mexico,
northern group; Salvador, northern group; Argen-
tina, southern group; Colombia, southern group;
Chile, southern group; Venezuela, southern group.

TRADE-MARK SECTION OF THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
In response to the public demand a section of the Official Gazette containing all matter
relating to Trade-Marks may be procured separately beginning with volume 290, September
6, 1921.
The Trade-Mark section will include: Trade-Marks published under the act of 1905; Trade-
Marks registered under the act of 1905 and under the act of 1920; Labels and Prints; the indexes,
and decisions from time to time in Trade-Mark cases.
The cost will be five cents each number, or 82.50 for annual subscriptions, to which must be
added 82.00 to cover postage to subscribers in foreign countries.
