signs or legal representatives, take notice:
An Interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of The Brainerd & Armstrong Com-
pany, New London, Conn., for registration of a trade-mark
and trade-mark registered November 27, 1906, No. 57,831,
to the Carey, Bayne & Smith Company, (Incorporated,)
88 Leonard street, New York, N. Y., and a notice of such
declaration sent by registered mail to said Carey, Bayne
& Smith Company, (Incorporated,) at the said address
having been returned by the post-office undeliverable, no-
tice is hereby given that unless said Carey, Bayne & Smith
