tives, take notice:
An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of The Burnett-Larsh Manufactur-
ing Company, 537-549 East Monument avenue, Dayton,
Ohio, for registration of a trade-mark and trade-marks
registered March 29, 1910, Nos. 77,293 and 77,294, to the
Chicago Battery Company, Twenty-sixth street and Wa-
bash avenue, Chicago, IIl. and a notice of such declara-
tion sent by registered mail to said Chicago Battery Com-
pany at the said address having been returned by the
post-office undeliverable, notice is hereby given that unless
said Chicago Battery Company, its assigns or legal repre-
sentatives, shall enter an appearance therein within thirty
days from the first publication of this order the interfer-
ence will be proceeded with as in case of default.

A cancelation proceeding having been instituted by this
Office upon the application of Stroopal, of Windsor Lodge,
Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London, England, the sole
owner of which firm is said to be William Faupel, of the
same address, to effect the cancelation of the trade-mark
registration of Ernst Handl, 928 Belmont avenue, Chicago,
 Ill., No. 101,385, dated December 8, 1914, and the notice
of such proceeding sent by registered mail to the said
Ernst Handi at the said address having been returned
by the post-office undeliverable, notice is hereby given
that unless said Ernst Handl, his assigns or legal repre-
sentatives, shall enter an appearance therein within t.irty
days from the first publication of this order the cancela-

Adverse Decisions in Interference.
PATENT No. 1,214,658.
On September 27, 1920, a decision was rendered that
William P. Dun Lany was not the first Inventor of the
subject-matter covered by claim  5 of his Patent No.
1,214,658, subject, Apparatus for producing ornamntal
roofing, and no appeal having been taken with in the
time allowed such decision has become final.
PATENT No. 1,258,548.
On June 17, 1920, a decision was rendered that Carl R.
Englund was not the first inventor of the subject-matter
covered b' claims 1 and 2 of his Patent No. 1,258,548,
lubject, 'Radiotelephony, and no appeal having been
taken within the time allowed such decision has become
final.
Drawings.
Attention is called to paragraphs g and i of Rule 52 of
the Rules of Practice of the Patent Offe. and inventors
and attorneys are directed to omit from the space outside
of the marginal line of the drawings any marks of identift-
cation, inasmuch as the space referred to is reserved
for the use of the Patent Office. Sich identifying-marks
should be placed upon the back of the drawings.
