Oaths of Reissue Applications and Under Rule 76,

The oaths of reissue applications (Rules 46 and 87) and
oaths under Rule 75 hereafter filed shall be submitted to a
Law Examiner. His conclusion on the question of their
sufficiency shall be binding on the Primary Examiner.
