Interference Notice,
DEPARTMENT 0r vu INTERIoR,
UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Waskisgton, D. a., October M, 1915.
Ida M. Rew, her asigns or legal representatives, take no-
tice:
An interference having been declared by this Office be-
tween the application of Sohn H. Leich Co., 346 Broadway,
New York, N. Y., for registration of a trade-mark and
trade-mark registered December 24, 1895, No. 27,499, to
Ida M. Rew, New York, N. Y, and a notice of such declara-
tion sent by registered mail to said Ida M. Rew at the said
address having been returned by the post-office undeliver-
able, notice is hereby given that unless said Ida M. Rew,
her assigns or legal representatives, shall enter an appear-
ance therein within thirty days from the first publication
of this order the interference will be proceeded with as
in case of default.
This notice will be published in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE
for three consecutive weeks.

Adverse Decisions in Interference.
PATENT No. 931,904.
On October 1, 1915, a decision was rendered that Harry
G. Webster was not the first inventor of tile subject-matter
covered by claims 23, 24, 26, 27, 37, 38, and 57 of his
Patent No. 931,904, subject,  Telephone system, and no
appeal having been taken within the time allowed such
decision has become' final.
PATENT No. 1,111,885.
On September 30, 1915, a decision was rendered that
Simon Deutsch was not the first inventor of the subject-
matter covered by claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of
his Patent No. 1,111,885, subject,  Engine-starter, and
no appeal having been taken within the time allowed
such decision has become final.
