UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE,
Washitgton, D. C., January 20, 1915.
It is hereby ordered that the Examiners make special
every application which was pending as early as June 30,
1911, and every application purporting to be a division
or a renewal or a continuation of an application which
was pending as early as June 30, 1911.
After June 30, 1915. the Examiners shall make special
every application pending for four years or longer and
every application purporting to be a division or a renewal
or a continuation of an application on file for four years
or longer.
After June 30, 1915, no amendment or other paper pre-
sented by or on behalf of the applicant in any application
pending for four years or longer or in any application
which purports to be a division or a continuation or a
renewal of any application on file for four years or longer
shall be entered without having been first called to the
attention of the Commissioner.

Adverse Decisions in Tnterference.
PATENT No. 982,800.
On December 31, 1914, a decision was rendered that
John L. Creveling was not the first inventor of the sub-
ect-matter covered by claims 15 and 16 of his Patent No.
982,800, subject,  Electric regulation, and no appeal
having been taken within the time allowed such decision
has become final.
PATENT No. 1,049,930.
On December 22, 1914, a decision was rendered that
Lee Bronson Skinner was not the first inventor of the sub-
Ject-matter covered by claim I of his Patent No. 1,049,930,
subject,  Fruit-drier, and no appeal having been taken
within the time allowed such decision has become final.
