Adverse Decisions in Interference.
PATENT NO. 1,016,830.
On November 21, 1913, a decision was rendered that
Alexander M. Jack was not the inventor of the subject-
matter covered by the sole claim of his Patent No.
1,016,830, and no appeal having been taken within the
time allowed such decision has become final.
PATENT No. 1,02S,709.
On December 5, 1913, a decision was rendered that
Charles Gltzendanner was not the first inventor of the
subject-matter covered by claims 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11,
13, 14, and 15 of his Patent No. 1,028,708, and no appeal
having been taken within the time allowed such decision
has become final.
PATENT No. 1,066,550.
On December 27, 1913, Victor M. Summa was held not
the first inventor of the subject-matter covered by claims
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of his Patent No. 1,066,550,
and appeal having been waived such decision has become
final.

2,006 of October 2, 1912, disbarring Richard J. Jacker, of
Chicago, Ill., from practicing before the United States
Patent Office, has been canceled and revoked, and he is
from January 1, 1914, restored to practice before the Office
under his former number 5,187.
