SIR : For the information of patent attornys who pra-c-
rice before this court, I respectfully request that the fol-
lowing announcement by the Chief JUstice be published in
the next issue of the OFFICIAL GAZETTE:
The Chief Justicc announced that hereafter no supple-
mental briefs would be received for filing in the clerk's
office without leave oL court therefor first being obtained.
