The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
(I.R. 4347) for the general revision of the copyright laws, title 17 of
the United States Code, and for other purposes, having considered the
same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend
that the bill do pass.
The amendment is as follows:
Strike out all after the enacting clause and insert in lieu thereof the
following:
That title 17 of the United States Code, entitled Copyrights, is hereby amended
In its entirety to read as follows:
