DIGEST Protest challenging agency's evaluation of protester's proposal under the technical experience evaluation factor is denied where the record shows that the evaluation was reasonable and consistent with the solicitation. DECISION Flairsoft, Ltd., a small business of Columbus, Ohio, protests the exclusion of its proposal from the competition by the Department of the Air Force under request for proposals (RFP) No. FA8771-17-R-1000 for information technology (IT) services. Flairsoft argues that the agency unreasonably evaluated its proposal under the technical experience factor. We deny the protest. BACKGROUND On September 28, 2017, the Air Force issued the Small Business Enterprise Application Solutions (SBEAS) RFP, which was set aside for small businesses, pursuant to the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation part 15.
