DIGEST Protest challenging agency's evaluation of proposals and source selection decision is denied where the record shows that the agency's evaluation and selection decision were reasonable and consistent with the terms of the solicitation. DECISION American Systems Corporation (ASC), of Chantilly, Virginia, challenges the issuance of a task order to CDI Marine Company, of Washington, DC, by the Department of the Navy under solicitation No. N00024-16-R-3130, for readiness assistance team support services. The protester challenges the evaluation of the proposals and the selection decision. We deny the protest. BACKGROUND The solicitation1 was issued on June 17, 2016, to holders of the Navy's Seaport-e multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts that have zone 6 1 The solicitation was amended three times.
