(Honeywell) of North Charleston, South Carolina, under task order request for proposals (TORFP) N65236-15-NR-55279, issued by the Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (Navy) for technical and programmatic support. Booz Allen protests the evaluation of proposals and the selection decision. We deny the protest.
