DIGEST Protest is denied where the agency reasonably rejected the protester's proposal as unacceptable because it failed to demonstrate compliance with a material solicitation requirement. DECISION Wyle Laboratories, Inc. (Wyle), of El Segundo, California, protests the issuance of a task order to Booz Allen Hamilton, of McLean, Virginia, under request for task order proposals (RFTOP) No. N00024-14-R-3370, issued by the Department of the Navy, Naval Air Command (NAVAIR), for engineering knowledge based services for the F-35 Joint Program Office. The protester challenges the agency evaluation of the protester's and awardee's proposals. We deny the protest in part and dismiss it in part.
