Reimbersement may be made on the basis of dividing the total,
payment made by the actual nuaber of days of occupancy, so long
as the iudividual daily expenditure does not exceed the maximum
amount authorized per day for the area. the inability to procure
receipts for the lodging will not bar reimbursement in this
