Secret Service, requested a decisicn concorning the amount to be
reilbursed an election committee for space occupied by special
ageats aboard chartered aircraft paid for by the committee. The
neihod used by the seczet service to determine reimbursement is
discretionary with tLe Secretary of the Treasury, and, in the
presence of discrepancies, the method utilizing published tariff
fares furnished by the General Services Administration was founS
