                      The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
                    the bill (H.R. 1065) to establish the United States Boxing Commis-
                    sion to protect the general welfare of boxers and to ensure fairness
                    in the sport of professional boxing, having considered the same, re-
                    port favorably thereon with an amendment and recommend that
                    the bill as amended do pass.
