The Committee on the Judiciary, to whom was referred the bill
(H.R. 3235) to improve academic and social outcomes for youth and
reduce both juvenile crime and the risk that youth will become vic-
tims of crime by providing productive activities conducted by law
enforcement personnel during nonschool hours, having considered
the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment and rec-
ommends that the bill as amended do pass.
