Mr. SMITH of Missouri, from the Committee on Ways and Means,

[To accompany H.R. 9076]
The Committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 9076) to reauthorize and modernize part B of title IV of
the Social Security Act to strengthen child welfare services, expand
the availability of prevention services to better meet the needs of
vulnerable families, and for other purposes, having considered the
same, reports       favorably    thereon     with   an   amendment and           rec-
ommends that the bill as amended do pass.
