The Committee on Homeland Security, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 8664) to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to di-
rect the Under Secretary for Intelligence and Analysis of the De-
partment of Homeland Security to conduct an annual audit of the
information systems and bulk data of the Office of Intelligence and
Analysis of the Department, and for other purposes, having consid-
ered the same, reports favorably thereon without amendment and
recommends that the bill do pass.
