                    forts to accelerate  civilian unmanned   aircraft systems  and  ad-
                    vanced  air mobility research and development  for economic and na-
                    tional security, and for other purposes, having considered the same,
                    reports favorably  thereon  with an  amendment and recommends
                    that the bill as amended do pass.
