                      The  Committee   on  Veterans' Affairs, to whom  was  referred the
                    bill (H.R. 6874) to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to imple-
                    ment  a system  or process to actively monitor the veteran self-serv-
                    ice and data transmission  functions of the main internet website  of
                    the Department   of Veterans Affairs for certain adverse events, and
                    for other purposes,  having considered  the same,  reports favorably
                    thereon  with  an  amendment and recommends that the bill as
                    amended   do pass.
