The Committee on Energy and Commerce, to whom was referred
the bill (H.R. 6020) to amend the Public Health Service Act to
eliminate consideration of the income of organ recipients in pro-
viding reimbursement of expenses to donating individuals, and for
other purposes, having considered the same, reports favorably
thereon with an amendment and recommends that the bill as
amended do pass.
