The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 7643) to amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize
the use of Department of Veterans Affairs work-study allowance to
carry out casework, policy making, and oversight related to the ac-
tivities of the Department at certain congressional offices, having
considered the same, reports favorably thereon with an amendment
and recommends that the bill as amended do pass.
